Olive Oil

Our farm is nestled within a historic property that is sprawling with towering pine trees, majestic oaks, and tranquil olive trees, some which date back to the ranch's origins in the late 1800s.

Each fall, our olives are harvested by hand and freshly pressed into our estate extra virgin olive oil that we then store away from light and air to maintain its flavor and nutrients.

Our infused blends play with the complex and unique flavors of extra virgin olive oil to have something for every palate to enjoy.
