Indian Chutney Cooking Class | Chili Pepper Festival

Location: Carriage (Blacksmith)
Learn how to make green chutney, a sauce with serrano peppers, palak paneer (a thick paste made with pureed spinach), garlic, garam masala, spices and paprika pepper. Participants will receive a menu card and their own small jar of chutney to take home. Limited to 10 participants per class. 
*Refund Policy: Workshop purchases are non-refundable. Requests to change workshop date and/or time must be submitted no later than 1 week before the date of your scheduled class. Anything less than 1 week will not be granted. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. Admission to the Chili Pepper Festival is not included in the price.
